About

The Prototype Kenya Health Dashboard is a system that could be used to input, analyze and publish information about development projects in the health sector across the country.

The Dashboard has been set up as a test version by Emergentally. For more information please email info@emergentally.com

Data sources

This site includes data from publicly-available data sources.

Government data

For government data, the visualisation includes:

• for financial data: budget data from the FY24/25 budget
• for performance data: data on targets and actually achieved results from the FY24/25 health sector budget report

DP data

For DP data, the visualisation includes data published by DPs to IATI, the International Aid Transparency Initiative.

Integration of datasets

To integrate the two datasets together, the Dashboard uses a mapping table which maps the sector codes (OECD/DAC CRS Purpose Codes) used by DPs in their data, to the classifications found in the budget.
